Scout Sunday
Please plan to join us for a special Scout Sunday worship service.
The Boy Scouts of America designates a Sunday each year as a day to recognize the contributions of young people and adults to Scouting. Scout Sunday was added to the Scout celebration in the mid-1940s to bring greater awareness to Scouting and to allow Scouts to live out their “Duty to God” pledged each week.
Vine Church has been the faith-based charter for the Boy Scout Troop 8 since 1951. Join us as we celebrate the scouts among us.

Spaghetti Lunch
Mission Fundraiser
It’s time to eat pasta with a purpose! Help us raise funds for the school lunch fund at Lincoln Public Schools & Norris Public Schools. The School Lunch Fund is an emergency fund to help students and families who are experiencing financial difficulty funding school meals.
The meal includes spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, salad, and dessert. Coffee, tea, and lemonade provided.

Third Tuesday Each Month
Men's Breakfast
Men’s Breakfast meets every third Tuesday of the month at the Village Inn (48th & Van Dorn). All Vine men are invited to enjoy a meal and fellowship.
Every Thursday Morning
Ladies Coffee Talk
On Thursday mornings at 9:30 am, the ladies of Vine are invited to bring a beverage and come visit together at the church. There is no agenda just conversation.
Third Sunday Each Month
Church-Wide Game Day & Lunch
We gather on the third Sunday of the month following the worship service at approximately 11:30 am for a light lunch with games beginning around 12:00 noon. We play board games, card games, word games, kids games, strategy games, ping pong, all kinds of games!
Come even if you have no desire to play games. You can watch others or fellowship with those not playing. Come for lunch! Come for games! Come for both!
