Summer Special Music
Let's Make Music this Summer!
Calling All Voices and Musicians! We have one spot left for the Summer Music (August 30). Please considering sharing your time and talent through song or instrument. The sign-up sheet is in the fellowship hall on the volunteer opportunities bulletin board.
Hymn Sing Sundays
Come lift your voices with us this summer! Instead of our regular worship service, we’ll be coming together for a Hymn Sing - a joyful time of music, community, and praise. Hymn Sing Sundays are planned for the last Sunday of the month (July 26 and August 30). These special services will be crafted around various hymns and their stories.
This is a great opportunity to sing from the heart and celebrate the goodness of God through music. Bring a friend, bring your family, and come ready to fill the sanctuary with joyful voices of praise and thanksgiving! We can’t wait to see you there!

Blessing of the Backpacks
Join us for our special Blessing of the Backpacks! We’ll pray over students, teachers, and families as a new school year begins. Be sure to bring your backpack, briefcase, tote, or digital device for a blessing.
Start the new academic year with prayer & receive a special gift.

Church in the Park and Potluck
Join us for a multi-church shared worship service in the park with First Baptist Church, Northeast UCC, and Bethany Christian Church. We’ll have uplifting music and an encouraging message. Come as you are, and let’s worship together in the park!
The worship service will be inside the enclosed park shelter at Bethany Park (NE corner of Cotner & Vine Street). Following the service, stick around for a potluck picnic. Please bring a dish to share. Tableware and beverages will be provided.

Men's Breakfast
Men’s Breakfast meets every third Tuesday of the month at 8:00 am at the Village Inn (48th & Van Dorn). All Vine men are invited to enjoy a meal and fellowship.
Every Thursday Morning
Ladies Coffee Talk
On Thursday mornings at 9:30 am, the ladies of Vine are invited to bring a beverage and come visit together at the church. There is no agenda just conversation.
Third Sunday Each Month
Lunch after Church
We gather on the third Sunday of the month following the worship service at approximately 11:30 am for lunch and fellowship (from September thru May).

Treats and Topics is an educational session focused on a specific topic. These events are informal, offering an engaging learning opportunity. We gather on the last Sunday of the month following the worship service at approximately 11:30 am (September thru May).
Come for the information, stay for the conversation - and, of course, the treats!
